My first attempt to build reinforced concrete structures was a disaster: the doses of water, cement and sand were wrong, the vertical formworks did not fill up completely and the result were walls and pillars full of air gaps and an extremely fragile cement.
What you see in the video is the second attempt, made with mobile formwork and reducing the amount of sand and water.
